Dutch analysts predict oil supply constrained world

Walau, do you know what does the following article mean to the world OILY economy? especially to countries that are high dependent on imported oil ? BAD BAD BAD VERY BAD lAH. It's not to difficult to predict that oil price will hit a level that's previously unthinkable even though our beloved government has just considered about a possible price drop. You know, of the price reaches 500USD/barrel, transporting food from farmland in KEDAH to the food store in KL would be a "great financial challenge" for the truck company. Forget about HONDA ISDI or VTECH or NGV. Get yourself a BMX & learn some horse riding skill. Muahaha. The next critical thing to do is to learn how to plant food and rear livestock yourself. I have started planting some vegetables on my balcony. I'm going to scale up my plantation project once i find a way to grow my vegetables at optimized speed.

Dutch Analysis on future oil world ( PDF )
This outlook of new scarcity is now exacerbated by the fact that not only available supply will determine what amount of demand can be satisfied; it will also bring about a new allocation of the available oil due to a lack of adequate supply growth compared with demand. In practice this means that demand rationing will be required in the OECD countries and particularly in the US, in order to accommodate growth in the newly developing countries, notably China and India. Different fuel prices for end-consumers in the different countries will be the dominant factor behind this ‘oil redistribution’.

Dawn Yang - A stunningly beautiful Singaporean blogger.

WOw, when i first look at Dawn Yang picture,

I was like WOW WOW WOW , Damn pretty, Damn pretty. Couldn't take my eyes off her for like 10 seconds. I don't know whether it's the makeup that enhances her beauty in some ways. I have a sister who is a makeup artist. you know, sometimes the difference between makeup and no makeup can be so staggering that your eye will spin.

In my opinion , she is a natural beauty. you know the kind of beauty that's very natural ( nonsense) . I have been in United States for some years and i saw the real barbie dolls walking on street all the time. For comparison purpose, her beauty is just so unique and mystical in a very very Asian way, even the barbie dolls lose out.

Her website is at http://www.dawnyang.com

I wonder if we have a beautiful Malaysian blogger the same "calibre" of Dawn Yang. I think sure got one, Mostly on the hidding.

To get the record straight. I'm not a superficial and materialistic man, I just view Dawn yang from an artistic viewpoint OKay ? No other XXX thought. It's all art in my head. I run a few ecommerce websites. One of the sites deal with games and girly arts specifically. So her beauty inspired me in some way.

Becoming a proud Malaysian GOLD BUG

I've became a proud Malaysian gold bug last year when the price of gold was hovering around 800-900. I read plenty of articles about hyperflation and it just scared the hell out of me that all my hard earned saving will be depreciated over the years through inflation. So i decided to begin investing some of my precious paper ringgit money in physical gold and gold investment account offered by public bank. I prefer Public bank gold acc because they have small spread. I initially buy my physical gold bar from gold smith like POH KONG AND WAH CHAN . Mostly SWISS PAMP GOLD . But later found out that UOB at the KL main branch offer a better price. So i now buy physical gold from UOB. U know, i should have invested in GOLD 6-7 years ago, but that time also no money lah, still looking for job after graduation.

I choose SWISS pamp goldbar because it's well recognized worldwide. You can buy Kijang emas or other non branded gold bullion but my opinion is it wont be guaranteed that when you cabut to another country the foreign bank will accept your gold with fair price. But some people would say that gold is still gold right, so it doesnt matter.

High Oil Price IN MALAYSIA Sucks ?

Yeah i think the high oil price in Malaysia sucks. But there is really nothing the citizens can do other than to protest protest protest. The fundamental of the high oil price remains the same even with all the uncles and aunties protesting 365 days.

In my not so humble view, what are the reasons for the spike of oil price ?

Number 1 :
We have an uncontrolled growth of Money supply, if you go to
http://www.shadowstats.com/alternate_data

You would see the broadest measurement of money supply growth ( M3 ) in US is at > 15%. To make matter worse, The central banks around the world are also increasing money supply to match the level of money growth in the US of A ( dollar is a word reserve currency ). With so much money around the world, it has to go somewhere, in the early 1990 or 2000, the money managed to go to housing and stock market, thus we had boom in these areas. Now that the housing and stock aint doing well due to massive credit crisis. The money has to go somewhere, in this case, it has chosen commodity - oil , gold and precious metals. But eventually, I think we will have price increase in every sectors of economy when the government around the decides to fight the credit crisis ( debt ) with inflationary policy.

Number 2
The world has not discovered major oil field in many decades, and the production of oil has not been able to meet the demand of oil from developed and emerging nations like China and Inda. Some say we still have hundred years of oil underground but then if we cannot dig it up, refine it to petrol level that we can use, then it's meaningless . So in this case my friend we have imbalance supply and demand of oil. The price can only go up under this circumstance.

Number 3

The weakening dollars - This is related to reason # 1, when we have too much of certain thing the value is worth less. Since Oil is priced in dollar, it makes sense for wise investors to put their money on tangible goods and commodities like oil. When every millionaire investor start hedging their wealth on oil, you know what will happen to the price of oil

Number 4

Positive "Speculation" by certain sectors. If you run an airline company that's on the verge of bankruptcy . what would u do to cut cost ? obviously you gonna hedge big time on oil. That's what one airline company in US did to maintain profitability. If every oil dependent companies starts doing this. it can only make oil price going higher.

Number 5

War and political tension around the mideast. When another war breakout in Iran and Israel, you can easily see the oil price shooting up to the roof. ( 200-300 / barrel )

So as we can see, the best way to solve the oil crisis is to actually deal with the above 5 reasons. I tell you Malaysia govenment cannot solve this alone, it has to involve every government in the world to take serious look on the issue and act according. For instance, how do we reduce the dependency on oil with other alternatives ?( eg Hydrogen ? Bio fuel ? ) How to resolve the tension between Israel and Iran ? How do we stop the excessive money growth ?

My Trip to Kiasuland - Singapore

2 weeks ago i went to KIASULAND for business purpose, WOW, I must say i'm impressed with the cleanliness of the city . Could barely see trash on the street, may need a magnifying glass to see a piece of trash on the street. The cars are all foreign made, no potong saga and Kancil. The taxi driver was cool, he didn't look down on me simply because i'm Malaysian from bolehland ( he look straight at me when we talked ) . I went to commercial centers the customer service is professional. To be honest my friend I have yet to taste the infamous KIASUNESS of Singaporean as i only stayed there for less than 24 hours. Hopefully next time i will get a taste of real Kiasuness when i visit Singapore again.

Over impression is A+ .

My TRIP to HUP CHAI

Actually i just go back from HUP CHAI, very fun place woh , I went together with my sister and mom. The most memorable place we went was the Sexy girl show. . Walau, the girls kept on rubbing her breast on my body so she can extract tips from me ( about 10 bath ). She also rubbed my sister and grabbed my mom's hand to touch her breast. My goodness. My nose starts bleeding liau . But i really scared lah .. the contagious STD like HPV is spreading like wildfire . Better play play simple only and not getting into real action. I want to have healthy offspring you know.

Other interesting places we went
1 ) The Temple
2 ) The temple
3 ) The Temple again

The temples are very nice, we saw some monks chanting Buddha song, some were walking around the building continuously. NAMO NAMO

The Hup chai street is also filled with Street hawkers, alot of them . and many beggars also , I must have donated close to 50 bath to the street beggars ( males and females ) .

Hello, everybody good morning, My name is Ken wong ( this is not my real name Okay ?), I'm from KL MALAYSIA, You know the country with the second or third tallest building in the world ? Sure know lah, All malaysia takes pride of this gigantic building.

A little about myself, I have a very poor command of English , I speak and write broken English. But this doesn't stop me from building my first ever English blog though i never really own any blog before.

Well, What's the purpose of creating this stupid blog ? I really don't know man , Maybe i just wanna rant a little bit about life in Malaysia with my broken English. Please forgive me should you find my horrible Broken English offensive because sometimes i can be very annoying with my poorly constructed sentences. Okay done with my first post ..
